We Have Beds!!

First of all I would like to put all your worrying minds to rest and say that I am alive!

Most of you would have heard about the bombs... I was watching the World Cup final with the boys in the home.. it was well fun as we split into two supporting teams so it got quite competitive.. I was on Spain's side and of course we won!! I got a boda boda back as it was quite late.. once I arrived in the hotel there was a sudden black out.. all the electricity went and I was forced to get ready in the pitch black.. somehow, whilst scrambling through my bag, I cut my finger on my razor and I was bleeding and couldnt find the tap haha ...anyway.... I heard a few bangs but just thought it was workers nearby...then I received a txt from Immy saying that there has been two bombs in the centre! Only 15mins walk from me! I was inside my room in a secure hotel which has big gates and a security guard so I was safe... Thank God... then there was also an explosion in Kabalagala.. which was just across the road from the hotel I was originally going to stay in! Many people have died and as I took Gerrald to school the next day on the matatu so many people were going to the hospital and burial site...

But dont worry about me.. I am fine. And I am back tomorrow!

Now onto more positive news... we have the beds! The house looks so lovely now.. suuuuch an improvement! Take a look...








































































So now, we have shelves. a kingsize bed and mattress, a double mattress and three three-tier decker beds with matresses...! yay!

Plus I have paid the rent for 3months, invested in Rachel's cakes and also paid for Gerralds current school term

So considering the house started with 21 boys and one mattress only.. I think we have done pretty well! Thankyouuuu!!
